We are a boutique fitness studio offering the “Ultimate Exercise Experience” in the heart of the Medical Center.  Owner Marilyn has been in the fitness and nutrition business for 30+ years helping hundreds of women improve their health, fitness, weight loss and confidence.  We say “don’t be scared…don’t be shy.”  Everyone is welcome here and if you are a beginner we are here to help you.

ZUMBA®

Pretty much the most awesome workout ever.  Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it!

POUND

Is the first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums with the Ripstix.

YOGA

Builds muscle strength.  Strong muscles do more than look good.  They also protect us from conditions like arthritis and back pain and help prevent falls in elderly people.  And when you build strength through Yoga, you balance it with flexibility.

BARRE

The ballet barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises to reshape your booty, legs, abs and core.

BOOT CAMP

Our Boot Camp class is designed to help you lose your unwanted body fat and get you in the best shape of your life with use of free weights, exercise tubes, the bench, kettle bells, medicine balls and exercise ball.

 

How It Works (Zumba)

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
