Aidee Mata Zin TM member since 2013, licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Step, and Zumba Strong pro skills training.  Aidee is originally from Chihuahua, Mexico,  where all of her family currently resides.  Her passion for Zumba started from being a Zumba student with motivating instructors, “seeing everyone dance, having fun and enjoying the music with friends while working out at the same time was extremely fascinating to me.  Through Zumba, I have made friends that make me feel like family, and that is what Zumba is all about!”

Zumba and Personal Strength Training Instructor

Christina Gomez has been an instructor at Body Balance Fitness Studio for five months. She received her Zumba certification back in February 2018.  She has been teaching ever since. Her love for Zumba, however, was ignited four years ago when she took her first Zumba class.  It has been love at first site ever since! The classes she teaches are a combination of Zumba and strength training. First half of the class is Zumba, cardio fun and the second half is strength training which consists of leg, arm and core work.  if you’re looking for a combination of cardio/strength training then she is your girl!

Zumba and Pound Instructor

Hi, there! Amber Austin is thrilled to be helping you get your daily sweat on and achieve your fitness goals! Fitness is near and dear to her heart, as a native Austinite and brand new to the Alamo city in 2014, fitness quickly became her daily escape of life’s stresses and her way to connect with other mom’s everyday as she was adjusting to her new life in San Antonio. Her friends through fitness became even more important as they helped support her through her battle with breast cancer and ultimately celebrated with her as she was declared cancer free! Realizing now that life is short, she has embraced her dream of being a fitness instructor and doing what she loves.  In May of 2018, she joyfully transitioned from Front Row Diva to licensed Zumba instructor and POUND Pro.

Claudia has been working out with Marilyn for three years.  Her mom has been working out with Marilyn for almost five years.  Marilyn is an amazing instructor, inspiring and has the ability to completely change your body if you are motivated to make a difference.  Claudia’s specialty is strength training, which consists of full body muscle toning with a focus on strengthening your core.  Strength training is focused on physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce  muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size  of skeletal muscles.  Strength training provides significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone, muscle, tendon, ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density, increased metabolism, increased fitness and improved cardiac function.
